American Title Trust is a woman-owned and women-led company that was born 5 years ago to try to create better a process and more reliable service on real estate closings by then realtor and now CEO Luany Aranky Henríquez.
Our passion for real estate and compliance has taken us to a position of success with a recognizable brand throughout the state of Florida.

PRESIDENT & CEO
Luany Aranky Henriquez is the founder and CEO of American Title Trust LLC.
As a successful realtor in Miami, she decided she was tired of the problems she encountered at closing and decided to start her own title company to help others with smoother transactions. This is why she founded American Title Trust with headquarters in Orlando and offices all over Florida.

Luany loves educating clients and realtors on trends, the market, and real estate transactions which is why events and courses are such a big part of her business activities.
​
She is trained and certified in the real estate and title industry with a Bachelors in business administration and experience in business, accounting, and finance. She is a recognized businesswoman in Florida having been nominated to awards such as the Don Quijote Awards in 2021 and often being a guest of honor and speaker at business and female empowerment conferences such EMPRESARIAS or INVERSIONISTAS HISPANOS.

With her team she processes residential home and commercial building closings from start to finish, specializing in short sale closings, probate, and mortgage refinancing.

She is proud to have her team do not just in-person closings but also digital closings, by mail in the United States or elsewhere in the world.
